How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 days of processing (a little longer for engraved items), then 7 to 15 business days to France and 10 to 20 business days to the rest of Europe and worldwide. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders over €49. Below that, a small shipping fee applies at checkout.

How do I enter the name to engrave?

On the product page, fill in the engraving field before adding to cart. Please check the spelling carefully: the engraving is made exactly as typed.

Are the roses real?

Yes. They are real preserved roses: they keep their beauty for years, with no water or direct sunlight needed.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery for non-engraved items. Engraved items are made to order: they are replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled and encrypted by Shopify: we never have access to your card details.

My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Check the "Track my order" page. If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us: we will resend it or refund you.
