Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, with no reason needed. Just send us an email. Then return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Personalized items

Engraved or personalized items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, send us a photo within 14 days. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including for personalized items. This is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity.
