Delivery times

Our items ship from our partner's warehouse. Please allow 2 to 5 days for processing (a little longer for engraved items), then transit:

• France: 7 to 15 business days
• Europe: 10 to 20 business days
• United States and rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over €49. Below that: €3.90 in France, €4.90 in the European Union and €6.90 for the rest of the world.

Customs duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country's authorities.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us: we will reship your item or refund you.
